Description

• The Legal Operations Analyst will support the management of outside counsel for the Global Legal Affairs organization. • Support other strategic initiatives through ownership of business processes and performance tracking. • Collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND four (4) years of Legal Operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment • High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of Legal Operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Demonstrated expertise in matter management, billing management, and legal spend analysis and reporting • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel • Expertise with Onit billing system • Detail-oriented and organized; ability to prioritize • Project management experience and skills • Experience working in a corporate Legal department • Ability to think 'outside the box' and adapt in a changing environment
