📋 Description

• Managing the accounting and reporting for financial instruments • Preparing and reviewing required disclosures to support SEC filings • Monitoring US GAAP and SEC developments • Researching and documenting accounting matters • Managing and ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions • Collaborating with Tax, Technical Accounting, Controllers, Internal and External Auditors • Preparing and reviewing insurance reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Ten (10) years of Finance and/or Accounting experience • Technical background in derivatives, hedge accounting in a public, private • 2 years of experience supervising and developing a team of two to three team members • Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related degree (preferred) • CPA and/or CMA (preferred) • Experience working for a public accounting firm (preferred) • Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Oral and written communication skills • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
