Description

β€’ As a Patient Transition Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the country. β€’ We seek an experienced sales rep to manage a sales territory focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships. β€’ Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas. β€’ Use data and analytics to inform business planning. β€’ Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com. β€’ Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints. β€’ Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program. β€’ Collaborate with clinical staff to effectively manage the transition of patient care from acute to post-acute. β€’ Provide in-services, training and general guidance on completing and submitting complete orders. β€’ Grow adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms, and therapy consignment programs. β€’ Collaborate with teammates to support and/or lead inpatient product education. β€’ Identify leads for expanded product utilization during routine in-person customer engagement. β€’ Routinely conduct inventory management to account for all hospital therapy units to recover lost assets, and to ensure hospital has necessary supplies. β€’ Persuade key stakeholders at hospital to advocate for proposed solutions and products. β€’ Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary required documentation. β€’ Provide customer support / service.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree AND minimum 1 years' experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 5 years in a private, public, government or military environment β€’ Current and valid driver’s license β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook). β€’ Documented track record of successful sales experience β€’ Customer focused selling & closing β€’ Demonstrated experience in establishing strong relationships with key influencers β€’ Clinical wound care, physical therapy, or other related patient care experience β€’ Outstanding data and analytical skills β€’ Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce β€’ Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience working in a healthcare related field β€’ Basic healthcare industry understanding
