Description

• Provide coaching, guidance and support on investigations, conduct concerns and performance improvement • Support in updating employee relations practices and compliance policies • Manage workplace investigations in partnership with department heads • Manage accurate documentation and recordkeeping for all employee relations matters across EMEA • Support with creating and providing ongoing education and development for managers • Discern urgent ER matters and when to escalate to department heads • Identify and build relationships with key leaders and partners • Remain informed on employee relations trends and updates to legislation • Be the first point of contact for EMEA managers and manage caseload ensuring SLAs are met • Support the Employee and Labor Relations manager with ER analytic data

Requirements

• Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations, managing Workplace Investigations preferred • Experience supporting a range of employee populations, working with a front line workforce across the UK preferred • Established knowledge of employment law and labor standards in EMEA Countries, focusing on the UK&I • Must be extremely organized with high attention to detail and effective follow-up skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required, additional European languages are a plus • Must be capable of multitasking in a busy, high volume environment • Ability to think creatively with a proactive and curious mindset • Strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills • Consistently exhibit high levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality • Act with empathy • Associate level CIPD qualified and/or certificate in human resources management preferred • Occasional travel within existing markets; anticipated travel 10%
