Description

• Manage the creation of provider accounts within SonderMind’s Admin Portal • Track and manage account details within SalesForce and SonderMind’s Admin Portal • Transfer data accurately and efficiently from SalesForce to SonderMind’s Admin Portal • Review and input ACH and W9 paperwork to ensure accurate tax classification and payouts to providers • Create stripe account for providers • Create and enable location access for providers to host virtual and in person therapy sessions • Confirm accurate details across third party registries (CAQH), SonderMind’s Admin Portal, and SalesForce • Support Provider Success Coaches and Provider Success Managers in day to day tasks • Organization of Groove campaigns and reporting on success of different content

Requirements

• Interest in process oriented work • High accountability and attention to detail • Undergraduate degree • Knowledge of SalesForce • Knowledge of Tax processes (W9 paperwork)
