Description

• Managing educational programming to drive clinical outcomes. • Identifying target audiences and developing project plans. • Monitoring and tracking KPIs across departments. • Supporting quality assurance and clinical decision making for providers. • Disseminating research insights to improve provider behavior.

Requirements

• Experience managing Learning Management Systems • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or relevant field • 5+ years clinical experience as a licensed therapist • Experience coaching others on clinical best practices • Preferred Experience • Healthcare technology experience • Clinical supervisory experience
