Description
• The Franchise Administration Support will work with the VP of Admin • Partnering with the Lodging Development team to process new franchise sales • Ensuring standards are in place and all required paperwork is received and completed • Liaison for existing and new CRM activity • Implementation and maintenance of all records and ongoing training • Help manage all stage gates associated with processing new prospective Franchisees • Work directly with the RVP’s and other internal departments • Manage the application and FDD process in conjunction with RVP’s • Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal files
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in franchising • CRM experience preferred • Work effectively from a remote environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Works well interdepartmentally as well as across divisions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and informational management skills • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, timelines, team members, and owners • Excellent time management skills • Team oriented and desirous of assisting others to achieve success • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and electronic scheduling and e-mail systems • Ability to develop creative solutions and streamline job functions and decision making
