• As an Account Executive at Sonia, you will drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals by: • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new SMB customers. • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. • Upselling to existing clients and identifying new opportunities for additional value. • Collaborating with sales development representatives to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and achieve targets. • Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German (C2 or native) and English (C1 minimum). • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with 3+ years of experience in SaaS or HealthTech. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence and persuade. • A results-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively. • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus). • Familiarity with healthcare systems or SaaS sales cycles. • Experience working with Enterprise customers. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field. • Residency near our offices for occasional in-person meetings.
