• Ensures seamless functionality and security of endpoint devices, • Addresses technical issues and coordinates upgrades. • Centers on maintaining CrowdStrike software performance and supporting clients effectively. • Develop in-depth expertise in supported CrowdStrike software suite. • Act as the primary escalation point for technical support issues related to CrowdStrike products. • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours technical support. • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics for CrowdStrike applications across OS. • Support partners with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CrowdStrike suite. • Respond promptly to technical issues reported by customers. • Collaborate with team members and vendor support teams to resolve issues. • Diagnose, research, reproduce, and log reported issues. • Contribute to the development of support documentation. • Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
