•Overview: •As a Solutions Architect, you will be working with our customers and partners to architect solutions with our ZTNA Platform: Cloud Secure Edge and our MDR/XDR Offering: Managed Security Services. •This role will also be a key contributor to enhancing SonicWall’s Managed Service Provider program. •Key Responsibilities include... •Build a trusted advisor relationship with clients and partners. •Lead the technical Pre-Sales and Post-Sales efforts. •Can proactively assess solutions in production. •Focuses on delivering the best possible user experience. •Identify new use cases within an existing customer or partner. •Share best practices in design and deployments. •Oversees critical escalations between customer, partner and SonicWall. •Looks to share roadmap updates and collect feedback. •Can host quarterly business reviews. •Provides and maintains quarterly reports on the health or the account. •Seeks to build the account to be referenceable. •Work alongside Sales account management.

Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of related experience required •Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Security Architect, or Sr. Consultant •A./B.S. in CS/CIS/MIS/Business or related field equivalent preferred •Prior experience managing customer/partner accounts from a technical perspective •Technical experience in the Cyber Security, Cloud, and Network Security Industry •Experience working with authentication protocols such as Kerberos, SAML, Radius, and OAuth •Strong knowledge of both public and private DNS •Knowledge of Network Security (Routers, Switches, firewalls, VPN routers) •Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization platforms •Demonstrated ability to successfully execute requirements based on a SOW and project plans •Background in internetworking, LAN, and WAN technologies •Background in debugging broad, complex, and unique enterprise environments with mixed media and protocols •Strong experience of leading complex enterprise projects using a structured approach •Excellent technical knowledge of: Networking principals - TCP/IP, routing, DNS preferred •Strong experience of architecting/designing enterprise solutions (application services, network or security)
