Description

• Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions that defeat cyberattacks, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and incident response services and a broad portfolio of endpoint, network, email, and cloud security technologies. • The Channel Program Administrator oversees the day-to-day administration of global rebate programs and provides support for additional channel initiatives as required. • This role involves managing rebate processes, reporting, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth program operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Marketing, Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Commissions, Rebates, or Finance. • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. • Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret data, make informed decisions, and challenge findings when appropriate. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. • Ability to present information clearly and in a structured format. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software packages. • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset. • Flexibility to work non-standard hours when needed to support cross-regional collaboration or project deadlines. • Willingness to work 9 PM to 5 AM Manila time.
