• Min 2-years experience in a comparable HR role. • Experience with working on highly confidential matters. • Handling high volume of work across multiple disciplines to agreed service levels. • Experience on HR systems (best: HRIS and Nexon). • Ability to work independently. • High sensitivity in dealing with employees. • MS Office knowledge. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. • Fluent in English and Hungarian plus one additional European language (spoken and written). We are particularly interested in reviewing applications from Dutch, French and Italian speakers. • Close attention to detail. • Desirable. • Degree in Human Resources or equaling experience. • Experience with Labor legislation and best practices. • Cross-cultural working experience.
