Description

• Custom Development & Configuration (ServiceNow): Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom ServiceNow applications, including building new features, scripting, and enhancing existing modules. • Cross-Platform Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs across multiple platforms, ensuring holistic and robust solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices. • Agile Development & Collaboration: Work in an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the teams as needed. • Providing Guidance on best practices, architecture, user experience and journey. • Managing the full-cycle process of implementing ServiceNow integrations including documentation and certifications as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and publishing custom applications on the ServiceNow App Store. • Advanced experience in both Server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.) and Client-side (UI Pages, CMS, CSS) scripting on the ServiceNow platform • Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s core administration settings and platform capabilities. • Expertise in designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms and environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) frameworks.
