• Responsible for selling innovative SaaS software solutions to a diverse range of clients. • Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships. • Deliver sales presentations and product demos. • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics. • Track all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required. • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to own the entire sales cycle from prospect to close. • Results driven with a strong sense of accountability. • Experience selling to non-profit, faith-based or social movement orgs a plus.
• Competitive commission structure + Equity incentives until break-even. • Equity percentage is paid out annually as part of profit sharing. • Salary + benefits after break-even.
