β€’ Manage the technical aspects of ad operations, including deal creation, sales channel performance, and publisher revenue performance β€’ Monitor and analyze marketplace performance, making data-driven decisions to improve demand partner and publisher performance β€’ Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Solutions Engineering to ensure demand partner and publisher goals and objectives are achieved β€’ Analyze reporting to track metrics, such as bid efficiency, win rate, impressions, price and fill rate β€’ Execute regular testing to best understand how to maximize performance β€’ Collaborate with external partners, such as ad networks, DSPs, publishers, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration and marketplace performance β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that company business objections are achieved β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry developments related to programmatic advertising and ad operations β€’ Onboard supply using SoundStack internal systems, working with the Solutions Engineering team to ensure inventory is properly mapped to SoundStack Marketplace β€’ Manage quality of inventory, including regularly updating blacklists

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) β€’ Proven experience in programmatic advertising and ad operations, with a strong understanding of ad-serving platforms, supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side-platforms (DSPs), and programmatic ecosystem β€’ Experience in programmatic audio advertising and audio ad platforms is a plus β€’ A passionate, proactive approach to understanding and improving performance β€’ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions β€’ Experience with data visualization and analytics tools, such as DOMO, is a plus β€’ Solid project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders β€’ Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising β€’ Understanding of VAST, openRTB
