Requirements

β€’ 6-8+ years marketing experience for a book publisher β€’ Proven experience in book marketing β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ A willingness to experiment, pursue new ideas, and ways of working β€’ Strong creative perspective including writing skills and visual instincts β€’ Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends β€’ Demonstrated interest in the adult non-fiction category is a plus
