Description

• We are seeking an experienced General Accountant to join our remote team. • Responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks, including transaction categorization, account reconciliations, and accounts payable management. • Assist in preparing financial reports and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and willingness to learn industry-specific software used within the landscaping industry. • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time during training. • Flexible working hours post-training, maintaining regular communication and meeting deadlines. • Address occasional queries outside of standard hours is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Experience with accounts payable management and financial reporting. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Ability to learn new software applications quickly. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • High level of integrity and professionalism.
