• Highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Support Administrator to provide essential support. • Involves sales support, market research, data analysis, and tenant coordination to drive informed leasing decisions. • Proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred. • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or property management software. • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Knowledge of real estate leasing and acquisitions processes is a plus.
