Description

• Manage the RBI business unit to achieve P&L (Revenue and Margin) goals. • Manage activities of team members to achieve the P&L goals for the business unit. • Lead the development of annual plans for Revenue and Margin to identify and support growth. • Develop Revenue and Margin (expense) budgets for the business unit. • Manage the activities of the RBI Cooperative contract business. • Ensure that the team operates effectively within Sourcewell, supports our overall mission, and applies our values. • Manage the process of developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. • Represent Sourcewell and Cooperative Purchasing for RBI related contracts. • Other related areas and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study AND five (5) years of demonstrated experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related experience OR Combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to nine (9) years • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Public speaking and presentation experience • Budget design and management experience • Three (3) years demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience • Experience in strategic planning • Valid driver’s license • Master’s degree in related field of study (Preferred) • Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related experience (Preferred) • Five (5) years demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience (Preferred) • Experience in government procurement and/or contracting (Preferred) • Experience working with both private and public sector entities (Preferred)
