Description

• Coordinate cross-functional event teams, executing activities of internal and external events compliant with policies and goals. • Prepare reports on participation in events, with information concerning expenditure and sponsorships. • Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget. • Develop detailed proposals and project plans supporting organizational marketing plans. • Manage, monitor, and review the work of a cross-functional events team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study AND at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in marketing event planning, event planning, marketing project management, marketing program management, marketing strategy or other directly related experience OR A combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to seven (7) years • Project management experience • Budget management experience • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Public speaking and presentation experience • Valid driver’s license • At least five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience marketing event planning, or other directly related experience • Three (3) years of demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
