Description
• Conduct thorough audits to identify unmatched instances in SNPROD2 • Investigate unmatched instances to determine ownership and collaborate with stakeholders • Ensure all instances adhere to EOL procedures • Work with stakeholders to validate ownership info • Prepare comprehensive reports to offer visibility into inventory and compliance metrics.
Requirements
• 5+ years in software asset management or related fields • Strong analytical skills, particularly in inventory and compliance • ServiceNow proficiency and understanding of EOL processes • Ability to work during US working hours
