Description

• Conduct thorough analysis of business needs to understand and define the testing requirements for a robust QA framework. • Design and create testing specifications, automation frameworks, and data models for software quality assurance. • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including testing strategies, automation scripts, and test cases. • Document testing workflows and processes to align with industry best practices. • Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases based on system requirements. • Assist in the testing phase, providing guidance to QA engineers and ensuring issues are resolved promptly. • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the testing objectives. • Analyze and resolve technical and non-technical challenges that arise during the quality assurance process. • Provide innovative solutions to address complex testing problems and enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar System Analyst role. • Experience in creating technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and diagrams (UML, draw.io). • Strong analytical abilities to assess complex integration requirements and propose effective solutions. • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and understanding code in C#, Java, or C++ programming languages. • Knowledge of software development life cycle and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Fluent in Russian and English at least on a B2 level. • Strong mathematical background (preferred). • Previous exposure to fintech projects (preferred).
