Description

• Lead crafting, documenting, and optimizing business processes to boost efficiency. • Utilize ServiceNow to design and implement workflows and automate processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and identify improvement opportunities. • Configure ServiceNow workflows and modules as per organizational needs. • Ensure process designs follow best practices and utilize platform potential. • Work closely with IT and project management teams for integration. • Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts for process design clarity. • Energize team adoption of workflows through training and workshops. • Provide clear documentation of standard operating procedures and process maps. • Continuously monitor processes for potential improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • 7+ years of experience as Data Subject Matter Expert. • 5 years of experience across 3-4 projects on ServiceNow, especially on the ITSM module. • Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and continuous improvement practices.
