• Company Overview: At SPACE44, we empower tech startups and innovative companies across the US and Europe by delivering top-tier software engineers and comprehensive HR solutions. • Who We Are Looking For: As an IT Requirement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of an ERP implementation project for a client in Egypt. • Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the client to gather and analyze technical and business requirements, translate requirements into actionable user stories and realistic project timelines, facilitate seamless communication between the client and IT development team, identify and address potential conflicts, leverage experience in international projects to manage expectations, and regularly travel to Egypt to foster client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in requirement engineering, IT project management, or product ownership. • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken). • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Cultural Understanding: Expertise in cultural mediation and experience working on international projects. • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus. • Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
