• Spellbook is revolutionizing the legal industry with AI-powered tools that eliminate the drudgery of contract drafting and review. • As a Product Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to shape, build, and iterate on features that deliver meaningful value to our users. • Write scalable, maintainable, and efficient code in collaboration with the engineering team. • Contribute to fostering a culture of product-minded engineering by mentoring others and sharing your expertise in product development.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills, with proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python). • A track record of building products with a deep understanding of user needs, design principles, and business impact. • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring features to life. • Ability to break down complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment. • A desire to continually develop your product intuition and learn from users, data, and peers. • Experience designing and building user interfaces or working in startups, especially in the SaaS or AI space.
