Description
• Conduct internal audits for clients’ Accounts Payable Departments. • Assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy and efficiency of records, and recovery of lost revenue. • Audit records of accounts payable departments for sources of lost revenue. • Analyze data for deficiencies in controls or lost revenue. • Research validity of suspected revenue loss. • Document and submit reports with details. • Make recommendations for preventing future losses. • Investigate validity of suspected claims with clients’ vendors. • Inform clients and management of audit issues. • Adhere to clients’ work policies and schedules.
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for contact with clients and vendors. • Be extremely analytical with strong mathematical skills. • Be professionally minded; • Well organized; • Self-directing; • Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills and be a highly motivated team player. • Commit the time and resources necessary to successfully obtain desired results.
