• S&P Global Market Intelligence seeks a Product Manager/Owner for the Search Product team. • Responsible for the core Search Platform to enhance client satisfaction and adoption. • Collaborate with agile scrum teams to execute strategic client-impacting features. • Translate customer needs into executable tasks for technology teams. • Ensure positive client experience through audits and analytics on delivery platforms. • Build relationships across Product Management, Technology, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2-4 years of product management, technology and related experience in Search (specifically Semantic Search, Vectorization, Relevance/Ranking, ML/AI) • Proven ability to work with and motivate global teams in a diverse and complex organization • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or SAFe process • Relevant experience resolving complex operational problems requiring strategic and innovative solutions • Hands-on expertise in successful product management functions • Experience developing and/or supporting financial market data services products from concept to commercialization, including understanding and gathering client product requirements • Effective influencing, interpersonal and communication skills in a matrix environment • Strong presentation skills • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
