• Design, develop and test various types of Workday integrations. • Interaction with internal and external team members to respond to requests and provide solutions. • Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices. • Ensure data security, privacy and data quality in integrations is maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience. • 3 to 5 years of experience as Workday Integration Developer. • Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust and scalable solutions meeting the business and technology goals. • Workday certification is a plus. • Strong understanding of Workday modules especially Core HR, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Payroll, Business Processes, Organizational Hierarchies and Integrations Security. • Experience working with Workday Payroll in-house and/or Workday solutions integrated with third party payroll providers. • PECI/PICOF experience is preferred. • Experience developing Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Advanced Custom Reports and Document Transforms) is mandatory. • Experience in building integrations using Workday Web services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards). • Experience working in XML, XSLT, Workday Custom Reports and Workday Custom Objects, BIRT.
