Description

• The Data Transformation & Data Science team drives key automation projects, machine learning based solutions and lean initiatives. • This role will be a part of Cognitive Automations and will work in a team responsible for leading strategic initiatives in Data Science, ML, Gen AI/LLM. • Responsibilities include engaging with business leads, synthesizing insights for senior stakeholders, and working closely with Scrum teams.

Requirements

• 7 + years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading and/or collaborating with teams, operations, and vendors in complex global matrix structures and business models. • Technical experience/background in similar projects especially related to implementation of Data science, machine learning and Gen AI/LLM based projects. • Passion for understanding, learning, and identifying the latest technology trends and machine learning based solutions. • Ability to drive initiatives independently, with minimal supervision, yet ensuring transparency to team members, SMEs, and other stakeholders. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the key stakeholders to work towards generating value for the organization. • Open-minded professional enjoying and used to working in a multicultural company. • Certified Project Management Professional or PRINCE2 is a plus. • Machine Learning, Gen AI/LLM and Cloud exposure. • Demonstrable track of continuous self-learning is valued. • SAFe /Agile.
