Description

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and quality standards. • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce development, including configuration, customization, and integration. • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce projects. • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in using Salesforce and related tools (e.g., Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Data Loader).
