Description
• Provide technical guidance on large/complex systems and platform opportunities • Design, deploy, and automate large complex SaaS cloud applications • Innovate to ensure solutions are optimized for cost and performance • Troubleshoot complex availability and performance issues • Train other DevOps resources on new technologies, tools, and deployments • Lead projects to deploy new products and product extensions from Dev to Production • Support technical calls for customer escalations and engagements • Conduct periodic on call duties • Write documentation for peers and business partners supporting applicable systems
Requirements
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, Management & Operations • Experience creating pipelines (CI/CD) and automating SaaS solutions in Azure • Strong automation skills with scripting languages and Terraform • Ability to build and optimize cloud-based networks (VNets, App Gateways, etc) • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple disciplines • Solid foundation in IT and/or Software Engineering • Ability to build environments from the ground up (windows, linux, SQL, Redis, WebApps, etc) • Expertise in Kubernetes, App Services, or similar orchestration tools • Azure API management or similar experience • Experience with security tools and best practices • Experience with Hadoop, Kafka, Presto or similar BI/Big Data tech
