• Must be US Citizen • Live within a commutable distance to the Northern, VA area (for occasional events and meetings). • Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience in IT contracting or IT staffing agency. • Strong self-management skills with the ability work independently. • Successful background in sales. • Exceptional customer service skills. • A tenacious drive to win and a persistence to push beyond adversity to solve challenging problems. • Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including strategies that are uniquely your own (expertise in alternative search engines, boolean search strings, and data mining). • As a recruiter, you will spend most of your day on the phone and emailing. • Skilled verbal and written communication is necessary. • Ability to match candidate skills to IT positions and understanding of government clearances. • Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both. • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality. • Exceptional ability on the phone to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests. • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail. • Flexible work hours may be necessary to maximize outreach (ex: phone calls after 5pm).
