• Spiritus is looking for a GTM Manager to support a variety of commercial functions across the direct air capture and carbon dioxide removal market. • You will play a pivotal role in driving Spiritus’s direct air capture technology to market through strategic business development and relationship building. • Experience with climate tech or carbon markets is helpful, but not required. • You will work closely with our technical team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive business growth, and drive client engagements. • Your commercial insights into how specific industries approach decarbonization will be instrumental in driving impact both at Spiritus as well as with future clients. • Responsibilities include leading business development efforts, coordinating client communications, developing subject matter expertise, and supporting internal process development.
• +5 years of professional experience, with a preference for business development or go-to-market roles. • Track record of driving business development, including working with clients to solve market problems, drafting creative proposals, developing strategies for successful RFP responses, and deal execution. • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and communicate complex topics effectively to senior leaders. • Knowledge and preferably experience with market expansion strategies; a strong eye for identifying industry trends and developing business development strategies around those trends are strong assets. • Capability and willingness to contribute across multiple teams and workstreams, ranging from engineering to marketing to finance and everything in between. • Outstanding track record of success in past professional and academic endeavors, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
