📋 Description
• We are seeking an innovative GTM Engineer to own and optimize account-level data strategy. • This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing scalable, data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth. • You will leverage cutting-edge GTM tools, AI-driven automation, and data insights to empower our Sales and SDR teams to operate efficiently and effectively. • Fleetio is a modern software platform that helps thousands of organizations around the world manage their fleet operations.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-7 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment. • Strong technical knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, sales intelligence, and revenue orchestration tools. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and marketing-to-sales funnel optimization. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning Sales, Marketing, and RevOps strategies. • Passion for AI-driven automation and experimentation, with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability.
