The GTM Enablement team acts as the Voice of Sales to drive efficiencies and maintain alignment between sales and all functional departments to accelerate revenue and enable our GTM teams and our partners. β€’ The GTM Enablement Coordinator plays a critical, cross-functional role in measuring, coordinating and enhancing sales enablement programs within a SaaS environment. This position collaborates with GTM teams, Marketing, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Product, BeyondTrust University, Customer Success and various project teams, requiring familiarity with measuring the impact of sales enablement and sales training. This includes metrics such as improved new hire ramp time, time to first deal closed, win/loss ratio, deal velocity, product launch success, marketing campaign success, forecasting accuracy, and all other metrics related to the impact of sales enablement on the success of the business. This role will focus on analyzing and coordinating enablement programs for our go-to-market teams globally, as well as internal programs that drive critical go-to-market initiatives. β€’ The GTM Enablement Team drives efficiencies and maintains alignment between sales and all functional departments to accelerate revenue and enable our sellers, their managers, and our partners. This role helps measure and coordinate all the above.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree required β€’ Proven experience in sales enablement, marketing operations, sales operations, data analysis, project management, or a similar role β€’ Strong understanding of the Kirkpatrick model β€’ Experience in SaaS sales or SaaS organization β€’ Experience with LMS, CMS, CRM, CI, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Project Management and other sales, learning operations, and engagement platforms. β€’ Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. β€’ Ability to adapt quickly and drive projects with urgency and independently with a variety of stakeholders. β€’ Working knowledge of sales training and methodologies; demonstrable experience with sales enablement and sales process concepts, practices, and procedures. β€’ Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills. β€’ Ability to be self-sufficient, excel, and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment β€’ Team player with strong project management skills β€’ Ability to think critically, with an analytical mindset, measuring results before and after program delivery
