Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent role, with a robust portfolio showcasing leadership in design innovation and solving complex challenges. • Proven brand creative marketing and storytelling expertise, effectively integrating design with brand narratives. • Demonstrated success in driving high-quality user experiences and influencing design outcomes across cross-functional teams. • Extensive experience managing and scaling design systems to ensure a consistent, cohesive user experience across diverse platforms. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a history of building effective partnerships with engineering, product, and other teams. • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for driving design excellence at both strategic and tactical levels. • Open to feedback and committed to fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture.
