🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience building and shipping AI/ML-driven personalization products at scale with teams of full-stack engineers, designers, and data scientists. • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr), personalization algorithms, and machine learning models. Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand architectural trade-offs. • Data-Driven: Proven track record with making data-informed decisions, experimentation-driven decision-making, data analysis, and defining metrics. • Collaboration: Strong relationship-building abilities and a collaborative mindset; skilled at partnering with direct and cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, achieving consensus, and driving impactful results. • Outcome-Ownership: Experience delivering products end-to-end that drive measurable business outcomes. • User-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI, usability, and user experience mapping.
