Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in leading sales teams, including hiring, mentoring, and setting performance metrics. • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Agency sales, preferably within the app ecosystem, with a successful track record in B2B enterprise environments. • Ability to design and implement scalable sales processes, optimize team performance, and align sales strategies with broader business goals. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious growth targets. • Proficient in using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and sales forecasting to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster cross-functional partnerships with marketing, product, and customer success teams. • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, increasing win rates, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
