• At least five years of experience. • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skills. • Extensive prototyping and interaction design experience. • Up-to-date understanding of web best practices and trends. • Ability to translate complex user flows into clean, usable UIs. • Ego-less and objective. • Excellent communication skills. • Passionate about working with people. • Able to demonstrate kindness and empathy in interactions.
