• Overview • SpreeAI is a fast-growing, innovative AI technology company with a core focus on revolutionizing the ecommerce and fashion landscapes. • We thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity meets technology. • Our mission is to revolutionize the fashion industry by creating cutting-edge technology solutions that drive real impact. • If you are passionate about technology, fashion, shaping the future, and have a knack for social media, your spot is here with us! • We are proud to announce that the iconic Naomi Campbell has recently joined our board, marking a significant milestone in our journey. • We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. • This candidate will be responsible for writing backend Microservices to facilitate AI/ML pipelines. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language. • This candidate should also possess a solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes services, API and backend integration, and be committed to following best practices in back end development. • Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using Go (Golang). • Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functioning features. • Implement robust backend services and APIs to power web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. • Apply best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) with a focus on automation and infrastructure as code. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, cloud computing, and DevOps practices. • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proven experience of 5+ years as a Backend Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of projects. • Proficient Go (Golang) for backend development. • Experience with microservices architecture and Distributed Systems • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and experience with deployment and management of applications in a cloud environment. • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX design. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable. • Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git. • Proficient in React.js is a nice-to-have • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or onsite team setting. • Must provide link to github account.
