Description

• Oversee all aspects of credentialing of practitioners in alignment with standards. • Manage and ensure quality related to credentialing operations. • Work cross-functionally to pull and analyze reports on credentialing data. • Act as Subject Matter Expert for credentialing processes and systems. • Establish, implement, and monitor performance goals for the Credentialing department. • Lead the implementation of new credentialing tools and systems to enhance efficiency. • Oversee provider enrollment processes for timely and accurate applications. • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of provider information in databases. • Collaborate with RCM team for up-to-date credentialing and enrollment statuses. • Provide leadership and development opportunities to the credentialing team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality-focused role in healthcare, with a strong emphasis on provider credentialing. • Demonstrated experience in developing policy and procedure documentation. • Knowledge of NCQA Accreditation requirements with experience leading accreditation and regulatory site surveys. • Knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standards. • Experience in project management and partnering with cross-functional teams. • Data-driven and analytical skills in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • A thoughtful and collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Humility, resourcefulness, empathy, and professionalism. • Passion for, and understanding of, mental health and the U.S. healthcare system.
