β€’ Provide support and assistance on matters arising under U.S. federal procurement laws and regulations, including but not limited to the FAR, DFARS, Procurement Integrity Act, Competition in Contracting Act, Cost Accounting and Pricing Principles, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, and Defense Priorities and Allocations System β€’ Aids in the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and metrics to increase the overall effectiveness of the government compliance services provided to the company. β€’ Assist with training on government contracts compliance and specific regulatory procedures. β€’ Provide support to senior management of the business and, when required, to suppliers, team members, and customers as it relates to government contracts compliance. β€’ Assist with managing and resolving contract disputes, bid protests, and interventions; assist with contract litigation as needed (bid protests, equitable adjustments, cost and pricing, and breach of contract) β€’ Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements

β€’ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience β€’ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract β€’ 7+ years experience with FAR and DFARS and prior experience advising on complex issues and matters in relation to U.S. Government prime contracts and related subcontracts.
