Description

Lead high impact engagement and lifecycle marketing team. Own global member engagement and retention strategy. Manage email, SMS, and push marketing channels. Integrate martech stack with internal systems. Lead Iterable integration supporting end-to-end member journey. Build robust analytics and reporting tools for campaign performance. Refine processes elevating marketing team effectiveness. Mentor and coach team members to foster high performance.

Requirements

8+ years of marketing experience, SaaS and/or employer benefits is a plus. 3+ years of people management experience. 3+ years of vendor management experience. Expert at building end-to-end campaigns/assets in MarTech. Experience with Payer/Health Plans is a plus. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Strong data and analytics background; marketing analytics tools experience a plus. Strategic and innovative mindset. Exceptional project management skills. A passion for mental health, focusing on members first. Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations. Exploratory mindset with passion for testing and learning. Ability to apply strong business judgment in high-stakes situations. An obsession with detail. A strong collaborator, ready to make an immediate impact. Humble, hungry, and honest.
