• Coordinate and support Great Minds’ presence at over 200 education trade show events and meetings. • Requires some travel for on-site support. • Demands extensive customer service skills, high professionalism, and attention to detail. • Oversee aspects of meeting planning from site selection to post-event reporting. • Partner with various teams to maximize event attendance and ROI. • Nurture relationships with vendors and venues. • Prepare BEO information with event venues and coordinate travel for participants. • Track and code expenses, create invoices. • Analyze evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional meeting experience (education experience preferred). • Experienced at negotiating and building partnerships with vendors. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently. • Superior attention to detail; first class organizational skills. • Up to date on current trends in the meetings industry. • CMP certified a plus. • Experience with budget preparation and maintenance. • Proven project management ability. • Innovative and resourceful; actively seeks opportunities to improve meetings and events. • High energy, positive, professional attitude, pride in work product.
