Description

β€’ Lead global demand generation and field marketing efforts. β€’ Plan and execute an account-based, data-driven marketing strategy. β€’ Develop customer-centric experiences. β€’ Establish data-oriented practices. β€’ Partner with sales and customer success leadership. β€’ Build an integrated marketing plan. β€’ Establish strong sales relationships. β€’ Analyze numbers to optimize marketing qualified leads. β€’ Manage marketing systems and vendor relationships. β€’ Track funnel analytics and improve conversion. β€’ Collaborate with supporting marketing functions. β€’ Communicate and educate sales team on campaign objectives. β€’ Develop messaging & presentations communicating value/brand to customers. β€’ Manage a team of marketers to support career growth.

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for demand generation and field marketing β€’ Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods β€’ An outstanding track record partnering and building alliances with sales leaders to drive business β€’ Prior experience of building successful field marketing strategies in partnership with key executive stakeholders. β€’ Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels β€’ Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM) β€’ A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities β€’ Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities β€’ BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
