• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, audience insights, or a related field • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, GWI, Meltwater, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Proven experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders • Experience managing and mentoring a team • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
