David Energy seeks an experienced B2B Marketing Lead to develop and execute growth marketing strategy β€’ Envision a comprehensive strategy for acquiring franchisees and multi-unit operators β€’ Increase awareness and understanding of our energy spend management platform β€’ Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams on marketing initiatives

Requirements

Track record of building the B2B marketing or growth function at an early-stage startup. β€’ Prefers the pace, uncertainty, and excitement of scaling an early-stage start-up. β€’ 5+ years experience in B2B marketing strategy and execution. β€’ Experience with a wide range of B2B marketing tactics, including but not limited to content marketing, demand generation, ABM, social media, referral programs, and more. β€’ Strong analytical skills to evaluate program + campaign effectiveness, including selecting + building out relevant tracking infrastructure (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc) as well as building and reporting on metrics β€’ Major plus: You have experience marketing to franchisees, multi-unit operators, and/or food & beverage and fitness business owners.

Benefits

Base salary of $140,000-$170,000 plus equity β€’ Group medical and dental insurance β€’ Flexible vacation/PTO policy β€’ 401k
