Description

• Lead upsell and cross-sell strategy across the company • Communicate with leadership and internal stakeholders • Create clear requirements that inspire cross-functional partners • Lead strategic initiatives, including development of clear action plans • Size new opportunities and articulate actionable recommendations • Proactively identify roadblocks and suggest alternative solutions • Lead creative optimization for the customer journey • Build a relationship with the customer, driving engagement, and focusing on key monetization opportunities • Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and data analytics to unlock growth opportunities • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources • Proactively drive projects to meet deadlines, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of professional experience • Demonstrated numerous initiatives in improving customer experience through landing page optimization and journey personalization • Proven ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment • Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop key relationships and influence teams to accomplish objectives • Passion for thinking strategically and the ability to execute tactically • Comprehensive understanding of the a/b testing process and experience with data-driven experimentation • Experience with analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to glean customer insights and make business decisions • Knowledge of data tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, and Power BI
