• Mentor and guide our software engineers, fostering their growth and development through coaching and real-time feedback. • Provide technical guidance to our software engineers and stay informed on industry best practices, and emerging technologies. • Recruiting and making hiring decisions for open positions on your team. • Attend to the professional growth of the engineers you support. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. • Ensure your team’s components are supported operationally. • Maintain a healthy engineering culture. • Manage, support, and grow the engineering organization responsible for building our caregiver’s portal. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. • Work within an Agile framework, with a focus on results over process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack programming expertise preferably React and Ruby on Rails. • 1+ years of software Engineering Manager experience, enjoying being a technical hands-on manager. • Demonstrated a track record of building high-quality products, cross-functional collaboration and managing high-performing teams.
