Description
• Drive the technical roadmap for the engineering team to build a scalable, reliable, and effective retail media network. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, stakeholders, and other engineering managers. • Communicate and explain how the strategy of the team empowers the goals of the organization. • Leverage first-party data to drive personalized and relevant content to Athletes where they are in their journey. • Work across many different channels including online, in-store, mobile apps, and various third-party platforms. • Lead, support, and mentor a team of engineers to help them learn and grow. • Have a willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and innovate.
Requirements
• Master's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred • 6 to 10+ years experience • 1 to 3 years experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
